About the role

As Product Manager – Digital Platforms, you’ll lead the strategy, optimisation, and delivery of secure, scalable and user-centric digital products. From platform performance and vendor relationships to cybersecurity and data compliance, you’ll own the full product lifecycle and champion digital transformation that improves business efficiency, self-service and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Align with leading security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ISM, Essential Eight)

  • Manage technology vendors and SaaS/cloud providers with support of our Group IT
  • Oversee risk mitigation, cybersecurity, and incident response
  • Measure performance across uptime, NPS/CSAT, vendor SLAs and cost efficiencies

 

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in digital product management, ideally across SaaS, government, finance, or telco sectors
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy laws and security frameworks (including ISO 27001, NIST, ISM, and Essential Eight)
  • Proven track record delivering digital transformation at scale
  • Experience with CDPs, CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Braze), and CMS (Kentico, Sitecore, AEM)
  • Strategic thinker with practical experience in Agile and cross-functional team leadership
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
  • UX/UI optimisation experience with a customer-first lens
