This includes expertise in database management and processing, system automation, custom programming, high speed variable inkjet and colour digital printing services, integrated mail processing, intelligent inserting, plastic wrapping, fulfilment and return mail management.  About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager/Director to join our Sydney based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts up to and including enterprise organisations and will be tasked with driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing client relationships. The candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing technology, data driven communications and a proven ability to engage with all levels of client stake-holders including C-Suite. Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of client accounts and develop and execute strategic account plansGrow existing client accounts through expansion of client relationships, referrals and alignment of services with the client’s business goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networkingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, including C-suite stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and technology, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needsManage client budgets and revenue forecasts, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability goalsStay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field – or equivalent industry experience5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the marketing technology or communications industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong understanding of marketing technology and data-driven marketing strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with c-suite stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience managing large client budgets and revenue forecastsIf you are a driven and results-oriented sales professional with experience in marketing technology and a passion for delivering personalised, data-driven solutions to clients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
