Key responsibilities include:Build client campaigns in line with specified requirementsBuild triggered sends, journeys, automations, and landing pagesUndertake testing to ensure quality outcomesLiaise with CX team to execute client campaignsProactively identify issues or opportunities to enhance client outcomesDevelop your skills as part of an innovative team delivering best practice Adobe Campaign solutions Our successful candidate1 to 3 years’ solid hands on experience in end to end cross channel(email, sms) campaign management, production and execution within agency environment using the Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard.Experience with personalisation, dynamic content and AB testing.Experience coding with JavaScript’sAble to perform basic SQL command and knowledgeable in relational databaseAble to troubleshooting responsive HTML and CSSKnowledge of building responsive HTML for email from PSD would be an advantage Knowledge using out of the box reportingProactive and comfortable managing client expectationKnowledgeable in using Litmus for testing renderingGood attention to detail. Takes pride in delivering quality workProactive out of the box problem solver Supportive team player.
