As an Application Support Analyst (Level 1 & 2) at IVE, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a high level of system availability, system monitoring, fault diagnosis and resolution, and the testing and implementation of software releases. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or similarMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with the ability to ensure excellent customer service and technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve customer application issues.Good understanding of help desk ticketing tools including workflows, SLAs and reporting.Experience defining and configuring workflows, reports and dashboards.Involvement in major incident management including the creation, reviewing and approval of client-facing incident reports.Ability to learn new applications and systems quickly and become the subject matter expert in supporting users across the business.Ability to escalate and follow up on support requests and incidents with internal teams and external third parties to ensure SLAs are achieved.Management of recurring application support activities including system patching, user audits, security testing and ensuring regular tasks are complete.Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases to ensure all support information is accurate and complete.Co-ordinating updates to applications including release management, regression testing and user/client communications.Have a firm grasp of core technical areas, including databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and operating system platforms such as UNIX and especially Solaris and Windows.Excellent English written, verbal and comprehension skills, and ability to communicate and work closely with business stakeholders and teamsProven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to balance competing priorities to deliver timely outcomes Desired Skills:Capability to deliver regular and customised user training to teams within the business and clientsFamiliarity with ISO27001 and other related Privacy, Information Security and Cyber standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a small teamDesire to continually learn and improve on the client experience and is always looking at how we can do things betterContinuous improvement of processes and working practices to improve timeliness and quality of application support services.Experience with any scripting/programming languages will be highly regarded, but not essentialExperience with Document Composition tools for output to Print (e.g. Quadient/GMC, Pres, XMPie, Emtex) will be well regarded, but not essential  If this sounds like you, then please click Apply Now to submit a Cover Letter and Resume.You must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job. About IVEIVE is Australia’s leading holistic marketing company.
