About the RoleThe Data and Systems Analyst will support support data, insights and systems projects. Supporting both existing Blue Chip clients as well as industry-wide insights programs, this role will see the successful candidate support the successful technical execution of several key programs to meet IVE DDC’s client’s most critical data requirements.Reporting to the Director Platform ROI & Innovation, and partnering closely with the IVE’s IT and Data Manager, you will join a Customer Experience team of data-driven specialists work on projects for Australia’s largest and most trusted organisations. Our clients rely on our team to help them produce clean, actionable data to support their Customer Experience programs, gain insights from their data to identify behavioural trends, use their owned data source to take predictive action to anticipate customer needs, and identify campaign opportunities across Customer Experience programs. You will work with best-of-breed platforms to craft data-driven solutions to solve our clients CX program delivery challenges. These solutions may include: managing existing ETL data workflows, developing new data pipeline solutions to match new client requirements, working in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Server, Cognos) to produce campaign segmentation, statistical analysis and testing, data cleansing, data enrichment and industry benchmarking solutions for our clients. On a daily basis you are very hands on, managing systems and data analysis projects across a variety of best-of-breed technologies supporting cross-channel campaign (both online and offline). Using your technical expertise in data systems, you will support end-to-end projects as well as supporting day-to-day campaign program. Your technical expertise in data systems and communications approach will help guide internal and external stakeholders to achieve their end-state Customer Experience, reporting and campaign strategies. Our successful Candidate will have:Strong hands-on SQL Server experience (3-5 years) with an appetite to continue development in this area.Experience working with large data sets and data transformation projects.An awareness of ETL processes, data collection, workflows and storage.Possess object-oriented Software Development or Support experience, with experience testing and diagnosing errors in applications; experience analysing and evaluating system program requirements and solutioning.
