You will provide guidance and leadership to the team by promoting teamwork, assisting others when required and displaying a professional and helpful manner to contribute to the overall success of the department. Your ability to communicate and conceptualise solutions to project stakeholders and your proven record of timely and successful project delivery will be highly regarded.Our Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for managing the strategy around data and the customer lifecycle journey, execution and delivery of projects. With their focus on managing all factors that govern project success, and partnering closely with Account Service and Operations, the Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for requirements gathering and project objectives through to execution and delivery. This includes ensuring the project is defined and delivered in accordance with strategic objectives, project planning and monitoring, profitability & quality deliverables, project lifecycle including risk and issue management and reporting, as well as project team delegation and resource management.The Digital Campaign Manager - Team Lead will partner with Account Service to define strategic thinking and planning to ensure well-defined scope and assumptions for all projects under the account portfolio. Your role will be accountable to lead and motivate the team in line with day-to-day task management of project deliverables.
