Our solutions are data-driven architectures, meaning your exposure will not be contained to Salesforce platform implementation.  About the Role:The SFMC Solution Architect uses a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements, and has a broad IT background including solution architecture, technical architecture, cloud computing, and Multi-Cloud/cross Cloud solution knowledge.As SA, you will be expected to provide solutions for all aspects of architecture including but not limited to integration, data architecture and Salesforce Multi Cloud platform implementation. The SA role works closely with our clients on their problems and road maps advising them on solutions and strategy and forming a close relationship with technical stakeholders.In this role you will:Collaborate with Developers, Solution Consultants and Project Managers to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.Work as part of the Growth & Solutions team designing technical solutions, working directly with customers to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices.Enforce sound development practices to ensure the quality of delivery of enterprise solutions.Serve as an active contributor to the overall knowledge base and expertise of CX team Our Ideal Candidate is a positive team player with the following experience and attributes:Demonstrated understanding of marketing technology platforms, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce multi-cloud suite, with in-depth knowledge Sales and Service CloudsInterest and experience with other marketing technology platforms an advantageExtensive experience in developing technology solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and or other CRM solutionsExperience in integrating other cloud and on-premise solutions with SalesforceA proven track record on Marketing Cloud implementations and integrations Expertise in gathering and analysing customer requirements and designing comprehensive solutions Demonstrated ability to execute client workshopsDemonstrated understanding of data privacy and security, compliance laws and responsible marketing obligations2 years min experience in Architecture or consulting role4 years min experience in Salesforce Projects3 or more SF certificationsAbility to collaborate with the team to develop and implement highly engaging multichannel communications for multiple clientsAbility to interact with both technical & non-technical customers to implement solutions based on defined business requirementsAbility to work effectively within a team in in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in an agency environment/managing concurrent clients is an advantage       Our Culture & BenefitsAs part of our IVE Care program, we invest significantly into employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and workplace health & safety.
