At IVE Data-Driven Communications (DDC) our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architects are the key to quality client solutions and project technical success. The TA role is a technical consultant that works closely with our clients on their problems and road maps advising them on solutions and strategy and forming a close relationship with technical stakeholders. IVE DDC solutions are data driven architectures, meaning your exposure will not be contained to Salesforce platform implementation. You will be expected to provide solutions for all aspects of architecture including but not limited to integration, data architecture and Salesforce Multi Cloud platform implementation.The role will work with the IVE DDC Customer Experience (CX) team to assist with technical guidance, training, review structures and consulting leadership. You will maintain up to date knowledge of Salesforce, integration and marketing systems and share this knowledge through our technical teams.As a specialist, this role will be at time required to provide consulting expertise in the use, training and design of the completed products for our Clients and internal team members. As a specialist, this role will be at times required to provide consulting expertise in the use, training and design of the completed products for our Clients and internal team members Working with delivery team and client ensure solution design is adhered to and where appropriate maintained to achieve required outcomes Support Sales and Client Delivery on technical analysis and architecture Ensure Quality Assurance processes are adhered to and followedOur Ideal CandidateYou will be a positive team player with the following experience and attributes: Demonstrated understanding of marketing technology platforms, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce multi cloud suite Demonstrated understanding of database and data structure principles Experience working with data / data integrations Demonstrated ability to execute client workshops Demonstrated understanding of data privacy and security, compliance laws and responsible marketing obligations 2 years min experience in Architecture or consulting role 4 years min experience in Salesforce Projects 3 or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications Experience with requirements gathering from clients around their Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi cloud projects Experience with financial (bank, superannuation) and retail clients an advantage A proven track record on Marketing Cloud implementations Familiarity with web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTML, XML, AMPScript, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, XSLT, AJAX, JQuery Database Management : T-SQL, SQL Server proficiency Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs Ability to closely with developers and functional consultants to develop and implement highly engaging multichannel communications for multiple clients Ability to interact with both technical & non-technical customers to implement solutions based on defined business requirements Stay up to date on product certification and transfer of knowledge to the team through project application Experience with Server Side Javascript (SSJS) not essential but will be well regarded Experience working in an agile environment using tools such as JIRA and GSuite Excellent communication skills Our Culture & BenefitsAs part of our IVE Care program, we invest significantly into employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and workplace health & safety.
