As a Tech Lead at IVE, you will oversee 5-8 developers and all projects they undertake, analyse briefs, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals, whilst having the ability to remain hands-on with their broad tech stack.From the business side, you will work closely with the Head of Technology and other stakeholders to ensure the team is running smoothly and projects are being completed successfully.To be successful as a Software Development Team Leader, you should always be expanding your knowledge, be able to quickly identify problems, be accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with your team. Essential Skills Needed: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.A broad technical background with skills across: C# or similar .NET technologies in the Enterprise space including .NET Core and .NET StandardCurrent or recent experience in leading a development teamExposure to DevOps and ITIL EnvironmentsSolid understanding of architecture principlesStrong interpersonal and stakeholder skillsWillingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.Highly Desired SkillsProven industry experience in service industry such as BPO, mail house and personalised communications spaceExperience with Python, Delphi, C and Perl.Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) / Document Composition software.
