This pivotal role is responsible for prioritising, scheduling, and managing incoming work to ensure we meet both client and internal expectations. The Workforce Planner will collaborate closely with team leaders and stakeholders to drive efficient capacity utilisation, facilitate process improvements, and strategically plan resources for future projects.
